💼 About This Role

You'll lead global income tax reporting and controversy management for Bumble. You'll drive ASC 740 compliance, oversee U.S. audits, and support strategic restructurings. This role offers the chance to leverage AI-driven tools in a hybrid remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead consolidated global income tax provision under ASC 740
• Oversee U.S. federal and state income tax return preparation
• Manage U.S. federal and state income tax audits and inquiries
• Provide tax analysis for internal restructurings and capital initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive global corporate income tax experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740, SEC reporting, SOX 404
• Experience managing U.S. federal and state income tax audits

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA, MST, JD, or LLM preferred
• Experience with co-sourced or managed services tax model
• Familiarity with partnership or Up-C structures
