You'll be the critical link between customer demand and operational execution, developing production schedules that maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Your core impact will be ensuring 100% on-time fulfillment for third-party clients and retail partners. This role blends technical data analysis with shop-floor collaboration in a mission-driven food startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute weekly and daily production schedules for multiple lines.
• Manage transitions between product runs, accounting for allergen washdowns.
• Serve as Power User for ERP/MRP system, ensuring data integrity.
• Lead daily Production Kick-off meetings to communicate the plan.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning in manufacturing.
• Direct experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing (SQF, BRC, or FDA regulations) or 3PL.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Modeling).

✨ Nice to Have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt.
• Experience with ERP/MRP software like SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable instructions for shop-floor personnel.
