🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and administer benefits and compensation policies
• Manage payroll, bonuses, and non-material motivation
• Administer corporate insurance programs and liaise with insurers
• Consult employees on compensation, insurance, and benefits

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analytics
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and Diia City regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and HRM systems
• Intermediate English (B1+ level)

• Experience with BI tools
• Higher education in economics, management, or HR
