Description

You'll join the Developer Tools Team within the Database Experience department at MongoDB, working on APIs and customer-facing UIs that empower users to interact with their data and understand the health and performance of their MongoDB deployments. You'll help build tools for MongoDB Atlas, our database as a service offering, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for business continuity.

Requirements

• 2+ years backend engineering experience (Java, C#, Go, Node.js, etc.)
• Backend engineer willing to take on frontend tasks or full-stack with backend bias
• Experience with modern, scalable, high-availability web application design and architecture
• Experience working with databases
• Collaborative and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain APIs and customer-facing UIs for MongoDB Atlas
• Design and architect scalable, high-availability web applications
• Collaborate with team members in a distributed environment
• Chase down difficult problems in distributed systems
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
