You'll lead educational programs for home health clinicians and support new hire onboarding across Northern California. You'll combine office and field training to ensure staff competency and improve patient outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate new employee orientation and annual education needs assessments
• Oversee Clinical Learning Management System and develop training programs
• Design group-specific educational programs based on learner needs
• Partner with clinical leaders to promote professional development programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Health Education preferred)
• 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Current CA Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MedBridge or other Clinical LMS
• Leadership skills
• Home health care clinical knowledge

• Role requires travel from Sacramento to Santa Cruz
• Combines office and field responsibilities (hybrid onsite/flexible)
