🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage outbound provider billing calls and document interactions in internal systems.
• Respond to incoming recovery line calls and voicemails with professionalism.
• Research and update provider information across internal recovery systems.
• Request and manage medical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in customer service, collections, or healthcare receivables
• Knowledge of medical billing processes including CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 coding
• Understanding of medical terminology and claims review workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications
