💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at a music and pop culture retailer. You'll help train new recruits, manage daily operations, and meet sales targets. This role lets you combine your fandom knowledge with retail management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Step in to cover the sales floor and provide leadership support.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise products.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
