🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on boilers and HVAC equipment
• Conduct electrical and mechanical inspections to ensure peak performance
• Interpret engineering drawings for system layout and operation
• Submit required paperwork to Service Coordinator daily

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Current Boiler certification and OSHA 10 Training
• 1-5 years' experience as a Service Technician in commercial environment

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA Certification (HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer)
• 2-3 years boiler maintenance and repair experience
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computer
