Description

You will lead strategic, cross-functional licensing programs that directly impact Payoneer's long-term growth and regulatory footprint. You'll own end-to-end program delivery across multiple domains, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and regulatory readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field
• 5+ years experience managing cross-functional programs or large-scale initiatives in complex global software environments
• At least 2 years in licensing or regulatory areas
• Strong understanding of regulatory, technical, and business processes
• Proven experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic licensing programs spanning multiple teams and domains
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Legal, Compliance, Product, R&D, GTM, Finance, and other stakeholders toward shared objectives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cross-company and external regulatory risks, constraints, and dependencies
• Establish and maintain governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and tracking frameworks to ensure transparency at all levels
• Ensure licensing programs meet regulatory expectations while maintaining high standards of execution excellence
• Leverage data and insights to identify trends, assess risk, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues
