You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents, supporting them through onboarding, training, and marketing to drive adoption of the Compass platform. Your core impact is ensuring agents feel equipped and empowered to grow their business. This role is 100% in-office in Cardiff by the Sea and Rancho Santa Fe.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact
- Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training
- Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates
- Collaborate with onboarding team on new customer strategy and logistics
- Serve as mentor to Agent Experience Coordinators
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Ability to establish credibility with key agent decision-makers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized

- Previous experience in real estate
- Experience with live or remote training
- Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
