You'll manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts for a leading Identity Security Platform and drive product adoption. You'll own customer relationships and business reviews to ensure realized value. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to identify at-risk accounts and drive renewals and expansions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts as primary point of contact
- Drive onboarding, product adoption, and track customer business objectives
- Lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and own remediation plans
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Experience managing complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Ability to understand business objectives and success criteria
- Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar PAM solutions
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
