You'll manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts for a leading Identity Security Platform and drive product adoption. You'll own customer relationships and business reviews to ensure realized value. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to identify at-risk accounts and drive renewals and expansions.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts as primary point of contact
  • Drive onboarding, product adoption, and track customer business objectives
  • Lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and own remediation plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Experience managing complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Ability to understand business objectives and success criteria
  • Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar PAM solutions
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
