💼 About This Role

You'll perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on Mainspring's Linear Generators at customer sites in Ohio. Your core impact is maintaining system uptime and performance for deployed units. This role offers training at headquarters and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mechanically repair or perform maintenance on generator components
• Collaborate with engineers to fix and redesign components
• Conduct mechanical inspections of deployed units
• Work rotational on-call shifts for customer support

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical assembly or repair experience
• Experience with precision measuring down to .001" using micrometers and gauges
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license required

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automotive, aviation, or heavy equipment assembly
• Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Software knowledge of Google Workspace
