You'll lead Illumio's SRE team to deliver SaaS security products to Fortune 100 companies. You'll manage infrastructure scaling globally using automation tools and own end-to-end SaaS delivery efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead SRE team to ensure SaaS platform availability and performance
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Support to meet SLAs
• Develop automation for CI/CD and infrastructure using IaC
• Evolve product architecture for reliable CI/CD pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• 7+ years managing CI/CD with Concourse, Gitlab, or equivalent
• Experience building observability with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or Datadog
• Extensive experience developing and using Terraform in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Vault, CloudFormation, and EKS
• Experience managing SOC2 and FedRAMP certifications
• Ability to nurture a strong operations culture
