You'll serve as the primary on-site technical resource for Electric Hydrogen's West Texas plant, ensuring reliable operation and successful commissioning. You'll own plant performance and uptime while troubleshooting operational issues. This role offers high autonomy and significant impact in the green hydrogen industry.
π― What You'll Do
- Own operational readiness and plant performance for the Pecos plant.
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and lead root cause analysis.
- Execute preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance tasks.
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of field engineering experience with industrial equipment
- Experience with commissioning and maintenance activities
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and spare parts planning
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience in energy, electrochemical, or hydrogen systems.
- Customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Based in Texas or willing to relocate.
