Description

As a Nurse Manager, you will assign staff, ensure quality resident care, and mentor nursing personnel. You'll manage daily operations, complete rounds, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in state of work
• 3-5 years long-term care or similar nursing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods
• Ability to lift heavy objects and transfer residents
