💼 About This Role

You'll build and define the Developer Relations function at 1Password, a leading cybersecurity company trusted by over 180,000 businesses. You'll drive the adoption of developer tools like CLI, SDKs, and SSH, creating a feedback loop between the community and internal teams. This is a remote opportunity within the US and Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead the Developer Relations team
• Drive company-wide DevRel strategy for developer tools adoption
• Create and maintain feedback loop with Product and Engineering
• Oversee creation of technical content and sample code

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years leading DevRel or community programs
• 5+ years managing individual contributors and other managers
• Proven expertise in building DevRel strategies from scratch
• Deep technical fluency in modern development workflows

• Experience with security-conscious developer communities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience facilitating complex community situations
