You'll manage Flash Sales activities for Cosmetics/Beauty and FMCG sectors at a leading European e-commerce company. You'll drive business growth and lead a team of 6 to achieve revenue and margin targets. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape category strategy for a fast-growing marketplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement category strategy for short, medium, and long term
• Manage and develop key account relationships
• Monitor and optimize business KPIs (revenue, margin, logistics)
• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles
• Experience managing a team of at least 3 people
• Professional English proficiency
• Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking
