💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement real-time applications on ARM processors for Aeva's 4D LiDAR sensors, enabling autonomous vehicles and robots. Your work will directly impact perception technology that integrates all key LiDAR components onto a silicon photonics chip. You'll take designs from initial architecture through production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement real-time applications on ARM processors in C/C++
• Participate in software processes including requirements, design, and code reviews
• Debug complicated issues during product development
• Interface with multiple sensors

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ multi-threaded applications for Embedded Linux
• Experience in low level driver development in embedded systems
• Experience developing firmware for hardware on Embedded Linux
• Experience with communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-speed interfaces like ADC, MIPI, PCIE
• Experience with Xilinx, Zynq, SoC family or equivalent
• Experience debugging FPGA hardware via lab equipment
