You'll orchestrate cross-functional post-sales programs for Illumio's strategic customers, ensuring alignment across Customer Success, TAM, Professional Services, and Support teams. Your impact will drive on-time adoption and value realization, protecting over one million workloads globally. This role offers the chance to shape governance models in a high-growth cybersecurity leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own program coordination and execution governance for strategic customer engagements
• Serve as cross-functional orchestrator across post-sales motions
• Establish and maintain program governance models including outcome-based planning
• Proactively identify and manage program-level risks and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex customer-facing programs in SaaS or enterprise technology
• Program management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe)
• Proven experience orchestrating cross-functional post-sales execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage large multi-workstream programs without direct ownership

• Experience supporting enterprise, federal, or public sector customers
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and Zero Trust principles
• Prior post-sales delivery experience partnering with TAMs, CSAs, or Professional Services
