π― What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise discovery efforts by analyzing ATS platforms and recruiting workflows.
- Design and deliver customized demos translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Own and support proof-of-concept engagements ensuring successful validation.
- Manage first-line responses to RFPs and develop reusable response frameworks.
π Requirements
- 5β10 years of experience in HR tech, recruiting technology, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical pre-sales role.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise software architecture.
- Proven ability to support complex enterprise sales cycles with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
