You'll own relationships with employer accounts, driving enrollment and engagement while taking accountability for net revenue retention and renewal health. You'll translate member outcomes into quantifiable business value and orchestrate cross-functional motions with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics. This role is a commercial position requiring relationship depth, analytical rigor, and business acumen.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of employer clients to ensure retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with channel partners on strategic account relationships.
- Build and maintain account plans with renewal milestones and growth opportunities.
- Monitor client health and develop risk mitigation plans.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success in digital health or SaaS.
- Experience with enterprise employer clients through channel/payer partners.
- Ability to support marketing or engagement strategies driving measurable outcomes.
- Proven track record in client retention and account growth.
