Description

You will provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients and their families, following physician orders and regulatory guidelines. Your role is essential in delivering compassionate, person-centered care in a faith-based, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2-4 years direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage primary caseload of hospice patients
• Provide skilled professional nursing care as prescribed by physician
• Ensure compliance with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation and Ohio licensure laws
• Support patients' families and caregivers
