Description

You will lead the design and development of core modules for Netcracker's OSS products, working on complex distributed systems in a microservices architecture. You'll drive technical architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions for telecom clients worldwide.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience with Java or Golang
• Deep experience with microservices on Kubernetes and Docker
• Expertise with Apache Kafka
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other major databases
• Experience with observability practices and tools

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core modules and new features for Netcracker OSS products
• Own technical architecture of complex distributed enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership across development and implementation projects
• Troubleshoot and optimize high-load distributed applications
• Mentor and coach senior and mid-level engineers
