Description

You will grow MongoDB's Sales FP&A team, partnering with sales leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and resource allocation across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics preferred
• 3-5 years FP&A experience with analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Google Suite, NetSuite, Excel, and financial planning tools (Adaptive or Pigment preferred)
• SQL knowledge a plus
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as key finance partner for Sales Ecosystem teams
• Build and maintain financial and operating models for budget planning
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling for GTM initiatives
• Perform month-end close activities including headcount reconciliations and budget vs. actuals analysis
• Improve and automate financial processes and reporting
