• Develop eLearning materials and certification content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning assets
• Measure program effectiveness using learner data

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design
• Expertise in outcome-based design methodologies
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint
• Experience with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning tools
