You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, owning delivery of strategy and people initiatives for corporate functions. Your role aligns business strategies with HR programs to drive culture, engagement, and performance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience with at least 2+ years as HRBP supporting VP+ leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Track record in high-change, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in multiple HR areas including coaching, employee relations, performance management
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Workday
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and People Services
- Data analytics and measurement to support business decision-making
- Lead operating rhythms and project roadmaps for HR initiatives
- Support organizational change, performance management, succession planning
