You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, owning delivery of strategy and people initiatives for corporate functions. Your role aligns business strategies with HR programs to drive culture, engagement, and performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR experience with at least 2+ years as HRBP supporting VP+ leaders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Track record in high-change, fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in multiple HR areas including coaching, employee relations, performance management
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Workday

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and People Services
  • Data analytics and measurement to support business decision-making
  • Lead operating rhythms and project roadmaps for HR initiatives
  • Support organizational change, performance management, succession planning
