Description

You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and managing territory accounts for a novel precision therapy in oncology. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to drive patient identification and treatment management.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience
  • Preference for Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology sales
  • Strong clinical selling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in large accounts and/or hospitals

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory accounts, build relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders
  • Analyze business performance and create comprehensive territory plans with unique account strategies
  • Deliver branded sales messages and execute planned programs, including medical education
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align strategies and advance business objectives
  • Implement processes for patient identification and treatment management
