You'll manage a portfolio of hospitality SaaS customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes and drive product adoption. You'll collaborate with sales to identify cross-sell opportunities and influence the product roadmap. This fully remote role offers equity and a supportive team culture.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a growing portfolio of customers in your territory.
  • Assist in developing and evolving the Customer Success department.
  • Collect and analyze customer success metrics and data.
  • Engage with customers on their Account Plan and journey.
  • Oversee the onboarding pipeline to ensure timely go-live.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably hospitality SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, casinos).
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to C-Level.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Avero platform and Salesforce/CRM.
  • Experience working with internal partners to drive projects.
