You'll manage a portfolio of hospitality SaaS customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes and drive product adoption. You'll collaborate with sales to identify cross-sell opportunities and influence the product roadmap. This fully remote role offers equity and a supportive team culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a growing portfolio of customers in your territory.
- Assist in developing and evolving the Customer Success department.
- Collect and analyze customer success metrics and data.
- Engage with customers on their Account Plan and journey.
- Oversee the onboarding pipeline to ensure timely go-live.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably hospitality SaaS.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, casinos).
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to C-Level.

- Knowledge of Avero platform and Salesforce/CRM.
- Experience working with internal partners to drive projects.
