You will provide technical support for store deployments, partnering with IT Engineering and Customer Operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues. You'll develop SQL scripts, manage service desk tickets, and coordinate field dispatches to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Helpdesk or Technical Support roles
- Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis and scripting
- Experience with service desk management software
- Experience with Field Service Management tools
