You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and developing a passionate team at a pop culture-driven retail brand. Your core impact will be driving sales while building customer relationships and managing operations. • Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team
• Create customer buzz through promotion of new products and social media
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promos on time

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs
