You'll lead nursing training programs at an emergency veterinary hospital, coaching and mentoring technicians to build their skills and confidence. Your work directly impacts patient care quality and team growth, making VEG a place where people learn and lead.

- Assess nursing skills through direct observation and real-time immersion
- Drive technician advancement through VEG's Cultivate program
- Provide tailored hands-on training for all learning styles
- Develop training content like presentations, videos, and simulations
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Credentialed as veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in state
- High level of knowledge in emergency medicine
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology
- VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia
- Previous training experience
