Description

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for interns and early-career professionals, build university partnerships, and execute campus events to attract top talent for Govini's mission-driven defense technology team.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• 3+ years of recruiting experience including full-lifecycle recruiting
• Proven track record of building and scaling a university recruiting program in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ATS systems, Greenhouse preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for interns and early career candidates
• Source and screen candidates through internal systems and external channels
• Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruiting events and academic partner engagements
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with university career centers, professors, and student organizations
• Represent Govini on campus through information sessions, networking events, and interview days
