💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of over 100 shoppers in the EU's largest automated fulfillment center, combining operational leadership with process optimization. You'll drive key performance indicators and ensure seamless integration of technology and manual processes. This role offers direct impact in a fast-growing company revolutionizing grocery logistics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of over 100 shoppers daily
• Steer daily operations in the automated fulfillment center as shift manager
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process optimization projects using data
• Monitor performance goals and make decisions based on real-time data

📋 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Willingness to work shifts including Saturdays
• First experience in team coaching through internships or extracurricular activities
