Description
You'll perform pre-close deal validation, ensure CRM/CPQ data accuracy, and support Sales with deal structuring questions, acting as a key checkpoint to remove friction and maintain data integrity in the closing process.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ systems
- Understanding of deal desk policies and approval workflows
- Ability to guide Sales on deal structuring best practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-close deal validation checks on late-stage opportunities ensuring pricing and structure align with policies
- Verify CRM and CPQ data accuracy including opportunity fields, quote alignment, and billing details
- Identify and flag deal risks, inconsistencies, or missing approvals before deals are finalized
- Act as first-line support for Sales on deal-related questions and troubleshoot CRM/CPQ issues
- Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and data integrity for accurate forecasting and reporting
