You'll design and optimize water treatment systems for xAI's high-density AI supercomputing facilities, ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency. Your work will directly prevent corrosion, scaling, and biological fouling to maintain uptime for superclusters. You'll collaborate closely with thermal, mechanical, and operations teams in a flat, hands-on organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize industrial water treatment programs for cooling systems.
• Develop water quality specs, monitoring protocols, and automated controls.
• Perform water chemistry analysis, corrosion monitoring, and biological control.
• Collaborate with thermal and mechanical teams to integrate water treatment.
• Manage vendor relationships for chemical supply and equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1+ years experience in industrial water treatment.
• Experience with cooling tower water, chilled loops, or process water.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hyperscale data center cooling systems.
• Familiarity with liquid cooling loops and high-cycle cooling towers.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, EPA, and local water regulations.
