💼 About This Role

You'll build and prototype AI tools on Playlab alongside partner schools, coaching educators as they create their own. Your core impact is helping educators and students become critical consumers and creators of AI through hands-on build sessions and design sprints. This role stands out for its flexibility: you'll move across district PD, lab school projects, and special experimental builds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and prototype AI apps on Playlab for partner organizations.
• Co-design AI tools with educators through coaching and design sprints.
• Run virtual and in-person build sessions for educators.
• Coach educators on prompting, app logic, and guardrails.
• Host office hours for troubleshooting and iteration.

📋 Requirements

• K-12 classroom experience and understanding of educator problems.
• Strong working understanding of prompting including system prompt design.
• Ability to build and prototype with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Playlab.
• Experience coaching or helping others learn by doing.

• Experience teaching design thinking, project-based, or competency-based learning.
• Background in learning engineering, learning science, or instructional design.
• Familiarity with Playlab or building AI-powered apps.
