💼 About This Role

You'll oversee inbound shipments and inventory control for a leading packaging manufacturer using Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP. You'll coordinate FTL and container deliveries, enforce quality standards, and serve as a liaison between warehouse and other teams. This role combines warehouse leadership with administrative support at a stable, minority-owned company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate FTL and container inbound shipments.
• Oversee unloading, receiving, and quality control of inbound goods.
• Print packing lists, apply pallet labels, and update ERP locations.
• Prepare shipping documentation and serve as interdepartmental liaison.

📋 Requirements

• Warehouse receiving or inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs when assisting warehouse staff.

✨ Nice to Have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Customer service experience.
