🎯 What You'll Do

• Support 3rd level technical support for NSATU CIS services
• Perform fault diagnosis using IT management systems
• Execute routine maintenance for infrastructure and equipment
• Maintain system documentation and backup/restore procedures

📋 Requirements

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches
• In-depth knowledge of network security principles and practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with EIGRP and IS-IS
• Experience with HP Network Automation
• Knowledge of IP Diffserv QoS in Networks
