You'll provide technical support to runners using the Runna app, troubleshooting issues and guiding users to achieve their goals. As part of a fast-growing team backed by Strava, you'll help shape the gold standard of customer experience in the fitness industry.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer technical queries via Intercom in-app chat platform.
- Guide users to get the most out of the Runna app.
- Escalate complex issues to Product and Tech teams.
- Support frontline teams with technical expertise.
๐ Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in support or technical assistance.
- Strong written communication skills for user interactions.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive improvement suggestions.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Intercom, Jira, Slack, Notion, or Google Workspace.
- Basic coding knowledge.
