You'll provide technical support to runners using the Runna app, troubleshooting issues and guiding users to achieve their goals. As part of a fast-growing team backed by Strava, you'll help shape the gold standard of customer experience in the fitness industry.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer technical queries via Intercom in-app chat platform.
  • Guide users to get the most out of the Runna app.
  • Escalate complex issues to Product and Tech teams.
  • Support frontline teams with technical expertise.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience in support or technical assistance.
  • Strong written communication skills for user interactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset with proactive improvement suggestions.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Intercom, Jira, Slack, Notion, or Google Workspace.
  • Basic coding knowledge.
