You will own the fleet management platform that powers GoDaddy's payment terminal and point-of-sale ecosystem. Your work ensures thousands of devices operate reliably, directly impacting merchant uptime and partner satisfaction. You'll define the product roadmap, manage partner requirements, and build intuitive interfaces for device operations at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or payments hardware
• Strong program management skills coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives
• Direct partner and client-facing experience as primary product interface
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear product specifications
• Deep knowledge of payments industry, certifications, compliance, and integrations

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision and quarterly roadmap for Fleet Management Platform
• Own end-to-end product management including features, UX, performance, and reliability
• Build intuitive interfaces for internal and partner teams managing device fleets
• Ensure platform uptime, performance SLAs, and robust error handling
• Act as chief product liaison for Banking/ISV partners on device requirements
