You'll own product development for a collaboration platform that brings Git-like workflows to hardware design, enabling teams to build smarter vehicles, IoT devices, and more. Your leadership will drive architectural decisions across Go, Rust, and Vue stacks while mentoring a growing engineering organization. This is a high-impact role with direct CTO partnership and significant product ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set product roadmap and align engineering priorities with business goals
• Mentor ~5 technical team leads and drive hiring for growth
• Jump into codebase to debug and prototype across full stack
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to translate needs into features
• Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with web app depth
• 2+ years of people management overseeing teams
• Proven ability to drive product delivery end-to-end
• Experience aligning business and customer needs with technical solutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Availability in San Francisco or Boston offices 1–2 days/week
• Preference for Bachelor's in a technology-related field
