💼 About This Role

You'll support digital campaigns and social media for a policy organization advancing criminal justice and immigration reform. You'll monitor engagement, create content, and provide analytics to help grow our audience. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital strategy for social impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments.
• Conduct daily online monitoring and analytics reporting.
• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content.
• Support staff in executing audience growth strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Interest in immigration and criminal justice reform.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience creating digital content for social media.
• Knowledge of Canva and/or design platforms.
• Background in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Political Science, or Communications.
