• Manage Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiting Operations globally.
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence across recruiting teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in Recruiting Operations or related field.
• Expertise with modern recruiting systems (ATS, scheduling, analytics).
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI and intelligent automation for recruiting.
• Advanced analytical fluency to build predictive models for executive decision-making.
