💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of pipefitters, overseeing chilled water piping system installations for a thriving Central Florida company. You'll ensure projects stay on track with planning, material ordering, and on-site supervision. This role includes company-funded apprenticeship certification and leadership training programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, assign, and schedule pipe-fitting jobs based on priorities and resources.
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate site deliveries.
• Supervise staff training and performance in work and safety procedures.
• Attend job site meetings and ensure supervisory presence at all times.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of supervisory experience in chilled water piping installation
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to lay out and create simple drawings for prefab
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
