You'll lead global payroll accounting and equity administration for a growing AI enterprise. You'll oversee partnerships with external payroll providers, ensure compliance, and manage reporting for monthly close. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage outsourced payroll providers across US, APAC, EMEA
• Record payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts
• Support 401k administration and employee payroll inquiries
• Handle global equity administration in Carta

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least 7 years of payroll accounting experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Experience with NetSuite, ADP Workforce Now, or similar systems

• 2 years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• Software/SaaS industry experience
• International multi-entity environment experience
