Description

You will build and maintain core customer dimensions and functional loyalty segmentations that are used across the business for reporting and targeting. Leveraging PySpark, Power BI, and AI technologies, you'll innovate new segmentations, maintain data quality dashboards, and respond to time-sensitive deep-dive analyses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
• 2+ years of experience extracting insights from large databases and presenting findings.
• 2+ years using advanced algorithms or programming languages in technical analytics solutions.
• Experience querying relational databases using SQL.
• Experience using R, Python, or similar statistical software.
• Experience with data wrangling, cleaning, prep, and dimensionality reduction.
• Experience with Big Data concepts and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
• Ability to create computationally efficient solutions.
• Strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or similar.
• Data visualization skills and ability to present to non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen; grocery/retail experience a plus.
• Passionate about data and natural curiosity to explore emerging technologies.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, tasks, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Interpret results and develop actionable recommendations to build customer stories for clients.
• Identify and implement AI solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiencies.
• Perform quality assurance of own and team members' code.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and automation of existing processes.
• Challenge and improve analytical capabilities and products.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to design best-in-class solutions.
