Description
You will serve as the primary strategic partner guiding customers through the post-sale journey, ensuring product adoption, value realization, and long-term retention. You'll monitor health metrics, manage risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or Technical Support in SaaS/enterprise software
- Strong technical understanding of data protection, backup/recovery, cloud data management, cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and develop solutions
- Proactive, customer-centric mindset, ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own customer lifecycle post-sale, ensure seamless transition from Sales/Implementation to ongoing Success
- Drive product activation and adoption by managing hurdles and guiding advanced feature usage
- Conduct technical health assessments and usage analysis to mitigate risks and deployment blockers
- Proactively monitor customer health, identify churn signals, and execute retention strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve issues
