💼 About This Role

You'll own the financial model and lead annual planning cycles for a Series C health tech startup. Your work will directly impact patient advocacy by optimizing unit economics and board reporting. This role offers significant ownership while reporting to the CFO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the financial model including ARR and unit economics
• Lead annual planning cycle with headcount and revenue targets
• Prepare board materials and investor-ready reporting
• Build automation into reporting and forecasting workflows

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Ability to work hybrid (3 days/week in Redwood City, CA)
• Based in the United States

• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, churn)
