💼 About This Role

You'll own critical accounting topics at a fast-growing fintech scale-up, shaping scalable processes across Europe. You'll prepare consolidated financial statements using Lucanet and drive automation improvements. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and cash flow using Lucanet
• Manage intercompany bookings and cross-charges
• Oversee accounts payable process flows and reconciliations
• Support internal and external audits for compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience with HGB knowledge
• Expert user of Datev accounting software
• Fluency in German and English (both C1)

• Experience with group consolidation under HGB
• Experience with Lucanet consolidation tool
• Process automation mindset
