🎯 What You'll Do

• Calculate monthly payroll and reconcile disbursements.
• Manage labor and health insurance enrollments and terminations.
• Administer group insurance claims and changes.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and headcount records.
• Conduct compliance audits of HR processes.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in HR operations or payroll administration.
• Profound knowledge of Taiwan's Labor Standards Act.
• Experience with HRM system management.
• Excellent data processing skills and attention to detail.
